Check-in outside of the indicated hours is at a different (nearby) address; I recommend calling and that's it. The room had a towel rack that dries clothes and an electric kettle (both very useful). The best thing is the concierge! Thanks 😌

The room is in the middle of the old street, but the facilities in the room are not old. We live on the top floor, there is air conditioning and we don't feel the heat, and it is very close to the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a delicious chocolate shop nearby

This place is an absolute dump. Room was little better than a cupboard and the bed is only accessible through an unsafe temporary staircase. The toilet is broken and is right outside of the cramped shower which I barely fit into. Bed is directly below bare roof tiles because there is no space for any sub ceiling. Quite possibly the worst hotel room I have ever had the misfortune to stay in
