The Social Hub Florence Belfiore

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to Italy. Everything was excellent. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel offered so many unique experiences that made our stay even more enjoyable. Every detail made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, an unexpected accident happened during our trip, and my mother broke her wrist. We had no choice but to cancel the rest of our travel plans. It was one of the most stressful days of our journey. What truly touched us was the kindness of the hotel staff. They were incredibly caring and even delivered a handwritten card to our room. They thoughtfully wrote “Get well soon” in Chinese, which was such a lovely surprise. Although I don’t know the name of the wonderful lady who prepared the card, I sincerely want to say thank you. Your kindness brought light to one of the hardest days of our trip, and we will never forget it. Thank you to everyone at TSH for your warmth and hospitality. We hope to come back one day under happier circumstances. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.🫶🫶🫶

I love my stay here in the social hub, recommend everyone esp for solo female traveller! Pros - good location next to tram station (very impt) - theres a cafe inside the hotel which is a gd place for breakfast and hotel - thankyou maria for helping me check-in, she was the only staff in the hotel who showed great hospitality and kindness which made my stay confortable - 24/7 gym! But air ventilation has room for improvement - the rooftop area was so big, with good vibes good views and a bar. (Pool was not available during my stay) - room was clean and well furnished

Great gym & facilities but way too busy and loud on rooftop on Friday Saturday nights when there's a party going on, nice pool table and swimming pool and table tennis and just overall good vibes but too busy and busy sometimes and breakfast was ok and could be more convenient location less crowded more staffed
