Highly recommend this hostel in Florence! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, and within walking distance of the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Central Market, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the old town. The dorms are clean and tidy, and each bunk has a locker. The air conditioning works great. The front desk is open 24 hours, and the staff are friendly and helpful, offering practical advice on local restaurants and attractions. The common kitchen is well-equipped, there's a pleasant courtyard, free luggage storage, and stable WiFi. Given that Florence can be quite expensive, this hostel offers exceptional value for money, perfect for backpackers. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Florence.

Extremely satisfied with this hostel experience, it even felt hotel-level! The hostel is located within what seems to be a cultural and creative industrial park (?), so the surroundings are very quiet. A ten-minute walk leads to a large local supermarket. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, and all the facilities were brand new. The bed was clean and wider than a standard bunk bed, and the bunk beds had stairs, which was very convenient. Upon check-in, clean foot mats and bath towels were provided, and the bathroom also had a 2-in-1 cleanser. Each person had two lockers, several hangers, and a niche. The common areas included a washing machine and dryer (unfortunately, they were broken when I tried to use them, but there's a laundromat nearby) and two spacious and bright work rooms. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!

I booked a quad room for three nights this time, and I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked in. The beds were neatly made, the space was very generous, and the ceiling was as high as two stories. The room had four beds but eight lockers. You can borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, and the room has toilet paper and 2-in-1 shower products and hand soap. There's no kettle or cups, but you can get drinking water from the common area.

My first hostel experience, and it was really great! The facilities are excellent; the room isn't huge, but the high ceilings prevent it from feeling cramped. An auntie cleans daily, so the hygiene is top-notch. As it was my first time in a hostel, I was a bit worried about privacy, especially since I got the lower bunk right by the entrance. Anyone coming in could see my bed, and there was no curtain on the side facing the door. I later figured out I could just hang two of my dresses there, haha! Just a tip for anyone who gets this bed in the future. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a dining area, but you can always grab some simple meals from the supermarket and eat them on the first floor. Overall, it's a fantastic place. The staff were also very helpful and answered all my questions. Recommended!

This was my second night staying here, and it was still clean, hygienic, spacious, and comfortable. Even though I extended my stay, the room was still serviced. The only minor drawback is the slightly remote location, as only bus route 17 serves the area. However, you can use the At Bus app to check bus times in advance and plan accordingly.
