Rivoli Boutique Hotel

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They showed maximum attention to guests. The property is wonderful and just a stone's throw from the main attractions. The affiliated parking, with car pick-up and return at the hotel, was very convenient and reasonably priced.

The hotel isn't new, but it's cozy and clean. The breakfasts are good; there's always something to suit your taste. The pastries are fresh, too! They make and bring coffee right to your table! The spacious bathroom is an excellent choice for traveling with two adult daughters.

The hotel is beautiful inside, and you can choose to have breakfast either indoors or in the garden. It's a charming hotel. However, they only provide one large bottle of water, and you have to ask for more; it's not given proactively.

The hotel's location is great, close to the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries, as well as the Duomo, all within a 15-minute walk. The front desk staff are warm and generous. This charming and exquisite hotel is highly recommended!

We absolutely LOVED this hotel!! Honestly, we weren't expecting much for the price we paid, but wow! It was so good we didn't want to leave 😅 And the bathtub was something else! With such a lovely colorful pendant light! I'd come back again and again. The breakfast in the courtyard was great too! They had everything 👍🏻 A special shout-out to Elena, the manager at the reception.

Overall, absolutely fantastic with an unbeatable location. Just a heads-up on the soundproofing and corridor design. We had a wonderful time celebrating our honeymoon at the Rivoli Boutique Hotel in Florence! First off, I have to praise their service – the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, always happy to help with any request. The biggest surprise was that the hotel, knowing it was our honeymoon, thoughtfully upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. That truly earned them major bonus points! The hotel's location is also superb. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was a huge relief for us with heavy luggage, as the route is short and flat. The street where the hotel is located felt very safe at night, and there are many restaurants with different styles right downstairs, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was pretty good too, and both the rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean and felt newly renovated. However, there are a few minor points for improvement I'd like to mention. We stayed on the second floor, and while there's an elevator, the buttons seemed a bit temperamental – sometimes it took a long time to respond, and it occasionally skipped our floor entirely. Also, the corridor after exiting the elevator is quite narrow, and to reach some rooms, you even have to go up and down two steps. This could be a bit awkward if you have heavy luggage. What bothered us the most was actually the poor soundproofing in the room. The electronic sound from the door lock was very loud when operated, and it seemed like the vibration damping wasn't great because whenever the neighboring room closed their door, we'd feel a significant vibration and hear a loud noise. We were even woken up by neighboring doors opening and closing at 7 AM. Furthermore, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as we could clearly hear conversations and objects being moved next door. Aside from the soundproofing and the luggage handling routes, the hotel's service, cleanliness, and location are truly exceptional. If you're not sensitive to noise, this is definitely a perfect place to stay!

This was the only hotel in Italy that provided slippers – Florence truly lives up to its reputation! Both the aesthetics and service were top-notch. The location is super convenient, just around the corner from the train station, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast was quite substantial, and they even put a cute little smiley face on my coffee, which was a lovely touch.

Facilities: The exquisite decor boasts a historical and classic European style, complemented by a full range of modern amenities. Although the overall space isn't huge, it features a pool, corridors, and a lounge. The lounge was particularly impressive. Cleanliness: The room was tidy and clean, but showed some signs of age due to its history. Ambiance: Elegant and comfortable, offering a unique European flair. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to guest needs.
