You booked a Comfort Twin Room, and we have upgraded you complimentaryly to a Superior Twin Room with views of Florence. We apologize that you were not satisfied with our service. Please rest assured that the yellowing of our sheets is their natural color and not due to wear and tear. As you stayed in a Superior Room, there was ample space for two suitcases. If you require additional luggage racks, please inquire at the front desk.
