Conveniently located right opposite the train station, about 100 meters away. Across from the station, there's a Conad supermarket, which is great for buying water, fruit, food, and their own brand products. It's also close to the main attractions. The room was a bit small, but the service was excellent.

The room was a decent size, just right for two people. Breakfast was acceptable, with all the basics covered. The service was enthusiastic, and the bathroom was large and quite clean. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Carrefour supermarket just a couple of hundred meters away.

Room is spacious and clean, super strategic location which is very near to SMN train station and also very accessible to all the tourist attractions. Breakfast varieties are quite a lot.

This hotel is located right next to the Florence train station, which is an excellent location. You can walk to all the major attractions. There's also a supermarket and a self-service laundry nearby. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and the staff were very polite. The breakfast was good too.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. It's incredibly convenient if you're traveling by train, and you can easily walk to all the major attractions. Right next door, there's a very famous Florentine steakhouse that's packed every evening. Plus, there's a Carrefour Express supermarket nearby, which is handy for picking up water and other essentials. The breakfast is incredibly varied and a huge highlight of this hotel. There's a wide selection, and you can certainly eat your fill. The restaurant's design and ambiance are also lovely, similar to a sunroom, creating a very elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff were quick to resolve an issue. Initially, my room's bathroom had an unpleasant odor. After I reported it to the front desk, they immediately moved me to another room on the spot. This new room was even larger, and the bathroom was more spacious. Their toiletries are from a local skincare brand, and the soap and body lotion, in particular, are very moisturizing. On the downside, the bathtub drainage was a bit slow.

The hotel is beautiful stylish perfectly clean and modern. The location is right in front of the train station. Service was so polite friendly and nice. Could not ask for anything better.

The hotel is very close to the train station; if you take the right exit, it's just across the street. There are many restaurants nearby, including a bubble tea shop run by Chinese owners. The bathroom is very spacious and warm. My one-night stay was quiet and comfortable, and I didn't experience any of the dangerous incidents mentioned in previous reviews, like doors being opened.

Staying at c-hotels Diplomat in Florence was an absolute delight! Located right across from Santa Maria Novella train station, the position couldn’t be more convenient for exploring the city or catching day trips. Our room was modern, comfortable, immaculate, and equipped with a cozy tea and coffee setup. The highlight was starting each morning with a fantastic buffet breakfast served in the glass-covered courtyard. 1 The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering a lovely drink at the bar upon arrival. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence for top-notch service and unbeatable convenience!

The location is good! Near the SMN railway station which means you can go anywhere. But it will be a little bit noisy, for me isn’t a big deal. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is right outside Florence train station. The service was excellent, they offer free luggage storage, and breakfast was fantastic. The room was also very clean and spacious. It's a great choice for anyone traveling by train in Europe.

The hotel is located directly opposite the train station, but the surrounding area is noisy due to a large gathering of people of color nearby. The service was subpar, and basic amenities like water and slippers were not provided. The room itself was extremely small.

I really didn’t have an issue with the hotel itself.  It was decent and worked for the price and the access to the train station.  The issue I had was really with Florence.  The city has a ton of sketchy foreigners hanging out in huge groups on street corners, especially all around the hotel.  They eyeball you and some of them try to surround you in small groups.  Does not feel safe to walk around the hotel during the night and most of the day.
