The view of Santa Maria Novella Cathedral from the window is really nice.
Because it was an old building, the shower facilities were a bit uncomfortable.
Breakfast was satisfactory and location was good.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful with suggestions and assistance. The room was very clean. The location is wonderful-a quick walk from the train station and easy walking anywhere else in Florence.

Excellent hotel and great location. Close to everything. This should be a 5 star hotel with the staff service and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The only thing I can complain about is the shower that was very tiny and right next to the toilet so when you showered everything got wet. The staff were wonderful in all areas and the breakfast was outstanding. Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Outstanding customer service ❤️

Amazing location, great property!
The check in process was smooth, the staff was real nice - offered to get our luggage up for us.
The complimentary breakfast was satisfying with a pretty generous spread.
The rooms were spacious, high ceilings and interesting interior decor. The bed/bedding was comfortable and cozy. The water pressure in the showers was awesome!
All in all, I definitely recommend.

Perfect. I used a single room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, even though it was a very late night chuck-in. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Room was great, not large, but clean. The location was excellent, just a 3 minute walk from the train station, making it easy to get anywhere in Florence.

This hotel is literally a hop skip & jump from the train station, sights, restaurants right out the door as it's on the Piazza. Beautiful lobby and shared sitting area that we spent time in as our room was quite small but had everything you need for your stay. And surprisingly very quiet!
