An excellent 5 star in a fabulous locatio. Service is warm and professional and the room was exceptionally well appointed.

位置不錯，但是訂的房間和給我們的房間不一樣。房間有個很高的狹窄樓梯，膝蓋和腿腳不太好的人住到這種房間，真的會很慘！房間裏陰冷陰冷的，即使屋外的温度有二十多度。尤其是晚上會被凍醒。免費提供的一小瓶飲用水最多衹有200ml， 而且是在晚上才會送來。
前台的一位女工作人員應該是管理層的吧，表面上看着友好，好像是歧視中國人的。她對住店的美國人態度就不一樣了！當我們問她房間為什麼不是之前預訂的，她馬上不高興了。之後兩天見到我們都愛搭理不搭理的。

位置很好，步行可以到烏菲茲、百花大教堂等，非常方便。
因為酒店處於老城區，房子比較古老，但是總體來説體驗不錯。
