The hotel rooms are spacious, the lobby is beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious options. The service is attentive, and its walking distance to all the attractions is incredibly convenient.

Pretty good, 5-star standard. The terrace is nice, with great views overlooking all of Florence.

The balcony offers a distant view, and the hotel housekeeping is excellent.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Florence, within walking distance of major attractions like the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. It beautifully preserves the elegance of its historic building, with interior decor that blends classic and modern styles. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff are warm, friendly, and provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, offering both traditional Italian delights and international options. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay, allowing guests to enjoy modern conveniences while experiencing the historical charm of Florence. Highly recommended!

Great location, highly recommended.

The lobby was very luxurious, with a palatial style. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, with a wide variety that would be considered abundant for a European country. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. However, the rooms and hallways seemed outdated. The bathroom required standing in the bathtub to shower, which caused water to splash out, requiring many towels to absorb the water. The faucet was also broken and constantly dripping. Room service would come in without knocking around 7 or 8 am. There was no kettle in the room. Most unacceptable of all was the environment. We stayed on the second floor, and it was incredibly noisy, with bar noise from 10 pm to 2 am, and garbage trucks and unidentified city cleaning or sewage trucks at 5 am. In short, we didn't sleep well for two nights.

Hygiene: I thought it was clean, but I felt there was a small problem with the bathroom in my room; it kept leaking water from the side while I was using the shower. My mom thought the pillows smelled like someone else had slept on them, but it got better after the pillowcases were changed (I couldn't smell it). Facilities: There was no clothes dryer, and the charger was only on one side of the bed; everything else was okay. Service: Turndown service was provided with small candies; the chocolate wasn't very good, but the candies were okay. Breakfast: We ate there for three days in a row. I like white food, and I thought the taste was alright, and the variety was good, but since most of it was cold bread, the elderly family members really couldn't get used to it.
