The location is superb, and the rooms are designed in traditional Tuscan architecture. The marble bathroom is lovely, though the only downside was that the bathtub stopper wasn't perfectly sealed, so the water would slowly drain while bathing. The room was clean enough, but the lighting wasn't very bright, and the ceiling was exceptionally high.

Very cozy and great located hotel, never building to Uffizi Gallery. Breakfast is great. Personnel is very helpful, kind and high professional. Highly recommended.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The moment I opened the door, the room and the bathroom completely blew my mind. All the drinks in the mini fridge were complimentary, except for a bottle of wine on the coffee table. The bathroom was not only spotless but also beautifully designed with a white-and-blue theme.

The location is extraordinary — just 50 meters from Ponte Vecchio and only a 5-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria. The valet parking service is very convenient and reasonably priced per day. The staff is kind and professional, and the hotel is spotless and well maintained. Breakfast, included in the rate, is varied and served in a beautiful hall decorated with frescoes on the ceiling. The cherry on the cake is the bar on the 5th floor, featuring an amazing terrace overlooking the rooftops of Florence.

The hotel breakfast is magnificent. Fresh fruits and delicious pastries were provided and the breakfast hall was beautiful. Would visit again.

Loved this hotel. When l come back to Florence would only come back here. Beautiful old fashioned elegance in rooms. Amazing bathroom and toiletries. Loved the wine in the room even though l had to pay for it. Breakfast room and food outstanding. Lovely helpful staff. Fab position. Just perfect stay.

I've stayed at this hotel three times, and I love absolutely everything: the rooms (we upgraded two times out of three), the rooftop bar, the service (they're always helpful, recommending and reserving the best restaurants upon request), and the location. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florence ❤️

First, the good points: the public areas were fantastic, especially the restaurant, which had a wide variety of dishes and fast Wi-Fi. Our room faced south and overlooked the river, offering a nice view in an elegant and rustic setting. Room supplies were also replenished promptly. Overall, it's definitely a 4.8 rating or higher. Now for improvement: We arrived from the train station with our heavy luggage at 1 PM, and they told us we had to wait until 2 PM to check in. Was cleaning really that slow? Later, we left our luggage at the hotel, and they delivered it to our room, which redeemed their positive impression. Also, one of the male managers in the restaurant had a poker face; we encountered him twice out of three breakfasts – unlucky!
