hotel staff are super nice and helpful and there is a very safe free luggage storage room you can use

its and old hotel far away from everything and he have bad area around the street entrace.( workers )deal with like you dont worth nothing we asked about chek in they say 14:30 we get back at same time they tell us about and we didnt find the room ready for us so we wait more 4 hours to make the chek in to the rooms. and (about the hotel) some rooms have like dump or jail view from the window i have a room look like i am in the jail i asked to change the room they already know this rooms have problems with visitores (jail view window) they change the room and freaky the other room i move on it look more creepy and just 1 thing its good in this hotel the breakfast they have amazing bacon ever and the have good hairdryer in the bathroom

Great location dumo just couple of minutes from hotel, wonderful roof top in breakfast the coffee is awful really need to work on it, room big new clean also the bath room view from my room awful and also check in is very late 14:30 comparing for check out 11:30

Wonderful stay at B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus al Duomo and would stay here again. We walked from Firenze Santa Maria Novella with a large check in and hand luggage each with no major issues, mostly flat path except a small section of the walk had uneven path but the 500m distance from the station is definitely manageable. First impressions and experience arriving at the hotel were excellent. Cute artsy decor with a lounge area in the lobby and first floor. Reception ladies were so friendly and welcoming and were ready to help us with the door and luggage as soon as they saw us arrive. Hotel is clean with a comfortable bed, great air conditioning system and provides a reasonable amount of amenities for our stay including a mini fridge and heated towel rack as an added bonus. Would have preferred a rain shower in our bathroom but by all means not an issue as the water pressure was still very strong and liked there were doors for the shower so water does not leak onto the floor. Location is fantastic! A block away from the Duomo and you can even see if from your room if you have booked a room with a view, otherwise at breakfast you can see it on the outside terrace. Also, central to a department store, designer stores, local supermarket and abundance of food options nearby. The location also feels safe to be walking around after dinner.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. The location was excellent, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but the view of the Duomo was absolutely amazing.

This hotel is located perfectly: just 5 minutes walk to Doumo and 8 minutes walk to the train station S.M.Novella. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good recovery after thousands of steps around the city. Breakfast was rich enough and tasty. Staff was polite and helpful. I would rate this hotel 10/10 for it's price.
