The location is great, but the pillow is very uncomfortable unable to slept well ! it doesn't have enough cotton and the wait for the lift is very long.

Nice and clean hotel and is near to Florence Santa Marie Train station. Need to tale lift shared by 3 hotels. Love the nearby food and supermarket beside Macdonald. All the side is a small carrefour and our favorite Alinani Cafe, Don Nino. Overall, nice room, good location with food and sight seeing with walking distance.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel provided a wide range of useful disposable amenities, which was very thoughtful. There was also a kettle, tea bags, and some snacks in the room, which made the stay very convenient and comfortable. The location is also great — very close to the train station, with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Most importantly, I accidentally left my phone behind during my stay, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and responsible in assisting me to find it. Thanks to their help, I was able to get my phone back successfully. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very convenient. We realized that we booked one less night snd booked again on trip.com. They allowed us to stay in the original room snd did not have to switch! Lovely staff and room that was clean and the shower was nice.

This is my first time leaving a bad review. The bathroom in the room smelled absolutely awful, I almost threw up. Avoid this place!

Great location near the train station with nice rooms. There is only one elevator to the hotel as it is in an old building but that is not a problem

Definitely wasn’t great, balcony wouldn’t close and staff were rude

The lift is spolit, need to climbed 4 levels up and down. The heater is not enough to warm up the room. The room is cold.services is bad, everythings except the location is good near train station. I will not come back again.

Room is clean. Ample amenities includes sandal n toothbrush. Very near the main train station and walking distance to major attractions. Nearby a few good hand made leather shop

The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. Although the room size was average, it was very warm and had everything we needed.

Decent hotel with basic amenities and an acceptable location. Room was clean but dated, and service was average. Suitable for a short stay, though improvements could enhance overall comfort.

3m walk to train station, near to popular restaurants, 24h reception, elevator to hotel and clean. I think the hotel did a renovation so the cabinets, tables and all look new. It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and there’s no thermal flask. Affordable price 65usd over a sunday night. Happy with stay!!

Very close to train station. And right smack in the tourist attractions area.
