The room isn't big, but it's nicely decorated. You'll have to carry your luggage up a few steps, but it's not a big deal. The breakfast selection is small but decent. The location is typical for hotels near a train station, so nothing special there. However, I'd still recommend staying near the train station in Florence because it's a pain to drag heavy luggage around the city.

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station. I chose a room with a terrace, and it had a separate small door, making it super quiet and secure.

Very convenient location but might not suitable for those who like quietness. However, despite the fuss the hotel is well-designed, very clean, helpful staff, adequate amenities and good breakfast!

Front line staffs and housekeeping were very nice however the room was abit old. Tv never works it stopped showing after every 5 mins even they sent technician to fix it. Air-con was not cold even after fixing, bathroom smell like sewage…

Front desk is friendly and helpful, breakfast is an added value, location near train station, easy access to other city nearby like Pisa leaning tower, walking distances from place of interest in Florence.

Good location but pricey

Breakfast was good, lots of options. location was excellent- right by the train station and bus stop for day trips. The service was nice and the gave us complimentary treats! It’s quite modern and so some of the lights were confusing but we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the train station. The rooms were kept very clean, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly.

The counter staff was very friendly. Even when I returned to the hotel at 11pm, there were still people on duty, which made me feel safe and secure. The welcome candies at the counter are delicious, the breakfast options are also very good, the bed in the room is very comfortable, the hotel is close to the station, there is an elevator so you don't have to carry your luggage up and down. Overall, this is a highly recommended room A hotel for tourists to stay.

Good service. Great location. Easy to find. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Close to the Central Market. The room is small, but it has a nice design.
