The owner provided excellent service, and the receptionist was very welcoming. They even cooked dumplings for us this morning. The owner speaks a few words of Chinese and always asks if we'd like tea or coffee. Getting around was also quite convenient.

I stayed for three nights. It's a 20-minute walk to Santa Maria Novella. The hosts are nice, they greeted me and told me everything. Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. Coffee 👌 But the shower and bathroom are shared, keep in mind. I got up early in the morning, around 7:00, and didn't notice any problems. I was also pleased with the Wi-Fi and the large new TV (supports video from a phone). They provided slippers, a robe, and towels. The outlets were suitable for a hairdryer. Thank you for your hospitality.

A very kind and welcoming host, always available to answer any questions. The accommodation isn't in the city center, so it's very quiet. The room is large with a beautiful balcony, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Free coffee and water are available all day. It's within easy walking distance. If you take the T1 light rail from the central train station, turn left, turn away from the train station, and get off at Status, three stops away. It's a short walk away. The breakfast is very generous. Air conditioning is an extra 10 euros, depending on the weather when you arrive. I think staying here is far better than staying in the center. The Mall Outlet Village bus stop is just a 10-minute walk away. I had a wonderful three days in Florence.

The experience was good; it's a hotel I can recommend.
