The location was just 5 mins walk away from the train station! Too easy to locate! And the receptionist was very friendly who helps me in planning my itinerary

Clean and super hotel very close to main train station in Florence. Nice breakfast included in stay. Great staff and friendly service.

I'd like to say right away that I highly recommend this hotel. It's a great location for train travelers. 3 minutes to the train station. 10-15 minutes to the sights. The reception staff was excellent. Any questions were answered promptly. The room was comfortable, with excellent insulation and temperature control. The breakfast was a bit of a stretch. There were no hot dishes or vegetables.

The hotel's location is very convenient, right across from the train station. You can see the hotel just across the street from the train station. The only downside is that there's a street in front of the hotel where small, unsavory characters gather at night. Although we didn't have any problems staying two nights, it was still a little scary. However, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us a map, marking several attractions recommended by locals.

The room was not old, and was clean and comfortable! The location was easy to find, about 3 minutes from the station. There was a mistake in delivering my luggage to my room, but they handled it quickly. My train left at 7:55, so I didn't have time to have a leisurely breakfast, but being able to get takeout coffee, croissants, etc. was a relief. I would stay here again if I were traveling alone. On the way from the station, I was bothered by the large group of noisy black people. There were no particular issues, but it might be a bit tough for women. It may have just been coincidence, though.

I had a small single room, enough for an overnight stay. Delicious breakfast in the cafe on the ground floor is included. Convenient location, a couple of minutes walk to the train station and all the sights on foot. Not far from the hotel there is a market with a food court.

It's close to the train station and the bus terminal is in front. There are quite a few good restaurants next door. The room was a bit small, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was also a bit simple.

Traveling in Italy, the hotel was very close to the train station. The room was cleaner than expected. The air conditioning was very effective during my summer visit. The bed was so-so, nothing special. There's an Italian restaurant near the hotel where there's always a queue for dinner; you could try it.

You will be greeted with a pleasant greeting at the counter. There is no coffee port in the room, but you can have delicious coffee for breakfast. It is very close to the train station and airport tram!!!

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the train station. The hotel is in the old town of Florence, and the entire building is quite historical. The facilities inside are not very new, but they are average. But the problem is that the curtains cannot be closed.

This was the most satisfactory experience of my trip to Italy. Although it is a bit old, it is in very good condition. Well, there is no flaw. The front desk staff are also very friendly. I also enjoyed breakfast every day. The location wasn't too far away so I didn't feel anxious at night. It was right in front of the station, so it was easy to get there quickly even with heavy luggage. Thanks to the location, which is 1-2 minutes from the station, it was easy to catch the train to go on a trip to the nearby area in the early morning. Oh, right next door is a restaurant called La Gratareo, and the T-bone was great value for money and delicious. The two of us ate our fill and ended up paying 50 euros.
