Lovely, spacious place in Florence. Very conveniently located near the city centre and train stations. Appreciate the promptness in replies when we had questions and requests during the stay.

Excellent stay in late October 2024. Location is great if you want to be away from the busy centre. Only a 15 minute walk down canal to reach main centre of Florence & Riva lofts also offer bikes (we walked). Room was very spacious, quiet and a trendy decor. Gorgeous buffet breakfast but also offer eggs and pancakes to order!

Charming and welcoming place, friendly and polite staff. Close to the center, just a short walk away. Bicycles are available for use. Very clean and well-kept rooms.

The room was spacious; they even gave us a loft room with two bedrooms! It's also very convenient to get to the city center. Tram 1 takes you to the main train station. The hotel has beautiful riverside scenery in the mornings and is very well-equipped.

This is a stunning place. Incredibly beautiful. Everything is perfect: the rooms, the grounds, and the restaurant, which serves delicious food. The hotel is located 20 minutes from the train station. The main attractions are about a 2-kilometer walk away, along an incredibly beautiful embankment. We were very pleased with the service and the friendly staff. We would definitely return.

The environment is okay, quiet and comfortable, and it's also conveniently located near the city center, making it a good choice for a courtyard hotel!

The hotel is impressive👍, with a beautiful, clean and quiet environment, as if you are in the embrace of art and nature. Convenient transportation. The staff is warm and friendly, and the service is thoughtful and considerate. The hotel contains a Michelin restaurant, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is rich in variety to meet different tastes.

It's more like a small B&B, the environment is very good, comfortable and quiet, there is a small garden, and the staff are very friendly!

We were upgraded to a suite. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, the room was stylish and spacious, and the view was amazing! The breakfast was just right, and the dining room was comfortable. This was the most stylish hotel I've ever stayed in, and I loved it. Highly recommended!

Completely exceeded expectations, very beautiful hotel

I used it as a place to stay during my trip to Florence. It's a little far from the center of Florence, but you can easily get there by tram. The room had a great atmosphere and was very clean. Also, the breakfast is wonderful. It seems that they have a restaurant attached, and they serve a wonderful breakfast there. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.

Great little hotel with great style and design. Magical location on the banks of the Arno, far from the crowds of tourists that invade the center of Florence, which is still just a few minutes away. Very kind staff, ready to fulfill every request. Excellent breakfast in a restaurant room with a refined and welcoming design.

A boutique and high-end folk hotel outside Florence, with first-class facilities, large and comfortable rooms, antique restaurant, unique wood-burning fireplace, and exquisite and fresh small garden in the morning. Everything was perfect. I stayed for 2 nights.
