The service was excellent, and we found it offered great value for money. The price for our breakfast-inclusive stay was very reasonable, and the breakfast was quite good too. Although the room felt a bit dated, it was fully equipped.

The location was decent, and the city center was easily walkable if the weather was good. Taking the tram was also a convenient option. I was very satisfied with the room's condition.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel facilities were excellent. While it's a bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions, Florence is a compact city, so this wasn't a major issue.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, showing me how to take the subway and helping me save money. My stay was comfortable and pleasant, with excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip. What was particularly amusing was that on the day I left Florence, the front desk staff even helped me call a taxi and, upon learning my next destination was Rome, earnestly advised me on how to avoid thieves and robberies—a truly kind person. There's a fantastic restaurant less than a kilometer away with amazing pizzas.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, or even a 3-star hotel. The rooms are dirty, the floors are sticky (thanks for the slippers). We stayed during unusually hot weather – the central air conditioning was central, so we had to turn it on and adjust it at reception. The controls in the room didn't work. The breakfasts were mediocre, but overall, everything was there. The water drained very poorly from the bathtub while showering, but after complaining, nothing changed. I don't recommend it.

The blankets in the room were strange; they were very thin and inconvenient to use. Also, we booked a triple room but forgot to include our child's name. We tried to change it, but they wouldn't allow it. Upon arrival, the hotel charged extra for the child, even though he was under 9 years old and shouldn't have been charged according to their rules. The hotel still charged him for cleaning. The service and facilities were mediocre; I wouldn't recommend it.
