It deserves a perfect rating. A wonderful stop on the trip.
The location is no more than 20 minutes' walk from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi.
The design/facilities/services and breakfast all deserve five points. The waiters at the front desk and in the restaurant were very patient and enthusiastic. There is a very cute kitten in the small garden attached to the restaurant.
The only thing to note is that you need to bring your own adapter plug.

It's similar to a fast hotel, clean and simple, and for the same price, it's average in Europe. The front desk service is good, but the surrounding environment is not very good, it's a bit messy, and there's nothing to eat nearby at night.

We were very happy with the hotel. Room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Good location, perhaps a little far to walk to the centre of Florence especially when we had early tours starting at 8.15am. But it was only a short taxi ride. Fine for anything on the other side of the river, easy walk along the river and over one of the many bridges. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely recently renovated hotel. Friendly welcoming staff. Nice breakfast. In a quiet part of the city only a short walk from the centre. Only issue was the air conditioning was not cool enough.

The ladies who staffed the desk, both day & night were so kind, friendly & helpful, they explained where things were, how to get there and gave us some great suggestions. Breakfast had everything you could want and there was lovely outside garden seating to enjoy anytime during the day

The staff are so gracious and helpful. (We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the breakfast to go on our travel day!) The garden patio is a perfect place to relax after sightseeing. Breakfast is amazing. The rooms are so peaceful. Absolutely lovely!!

My wife and I loved this hotel. It is a little ways away from the crowds of the Center but is close to a local tram that goes directly to the train station. It is clean and modern but warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with extra surprises. The staff could not have been more helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Ariel was in a perfect location to the restaurants, river and train station . The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, decor of room exeptionally simple but elegant. Breakfast was delicious and Angie in the bar was so friendly . Staff were so great nothing was too much trouble . Will r back ..
