The location is next to the end station of the tram which connects you to the city center (santa maria station) and villa costanza for bus service. Well, a trade-off between the price and convenience in florence city center. The amenities are lacking like hygienic items or kettle but otherwise fairly neat with a nice view from the room.

The air conditioner is very old (temperature is working fine)
It is located far from the center. You should plan for a 30 minute tram ride.

The receptionists are really kind and helpful, but our overnight stay was not the best, in the silence of the room you can hear the voices of the neighboring rooms and the noise of the lift. There was an unpleasant sewage smell upon entering, that's not to say the room wasn't clean, but it was still unpleasant every time we needed the toilet.
Breakfast is not served at the table, but there is only the possibility of using vending machines with snacks or drinks (for a fee).
