The owners of the hotel really show what hospitable means. U will not regret staying there. Within walking distance to station, nearest being Rosselli. Santa Maria Novella is less than 10mins away. Breakfast was good as well.

Good value, easy to walk to the train station. Never could get the wi-fi to work though. Betta was helpful and very friendly giving me advice on where to go/ eat.

The location is very good with close access to transport. Breakfast is excellent and the owners and staff could not be more helpful. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. Thank you Elisabeta and staff for providing us with a very enjoyable stay; I am sure the majority of your guests will agree with me.

非常糟糕的入住體驗，一個人入住，給我安排到了reception旁邊的房間，非常吵，隔音很差；放假的窗户是假的，打不開，也看不到外面。

The property itself is located close to train tracks, so it was noisy. The staff was great, and the rooms were spacious.
