The location is near to the famous tourist spots in the town. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade to a suite. It was a pleasant stay.

Great hotel to stay at and the hotel team from reception to porter to restaurant are outstanding. Breakfast was one of the better ones we can find in Europe and this centrally-located hotel will be our choice when we return to Florence

It should be a five star luxury hotel in my opinion.
High standard in every aspect and the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful! Breakfast is amazing 🤩

房間寬敞，且乾淨整潔，早餐特別豐盛，前台人員態度非常好，還送了歡迎的咖啡和果汁。地理位置優越，就在步行街上，百花大教堂旁邊，逛街去景點都很方便，是旅行中最滿意的酒店。

酒店地理位置很方便，就在百花大教堂旁邊。
主幹道步行街都在幾分鐘步程裏，逛了半天累了也能回酒店休息。實在很不錯。
早飯的內容也很豐富，有很多蛋糕的選擇，雖然一早上吃不下甜膩的東西，但也忍不住拿一塊。
房間也很乾凈，首日的minibar是免費的。

房間大小還可以，就是房間外面的過道小了一點，早餐是真的豐富好多品種。位置就在聖母百花大教堂旁邊。美中不足就是下面路上摩託車聲音有點大。

酒店很不錯，我們註明兩大一小，然後是兩個房間，兩個廁所。
毛巾架可以加熱，晚上洗點衣服都可以烘乾。
相比這次入住的巴黎和法蘭克福的酒店，這邊是唯一一個税費退房時收取的。
早餐那裡服務員英文説得很清楚，也特別熱情。
