The location is fantastic. Centrally located in the heart of e buzz city. Bed is bigger than I thought. Room is clean, comfy & big for solo traveller. Had a really wonderful stay here. I will still choose to stay here if I ever come back to Florence again. Good to have e lift too!

I was able to check in an hour early, and the front desk staff was very kind. There's a hot water kettle and tea bags in the common area. The room has a very old Italian style, though the sunflower wall decal felt a bit out of place, haha. The location is excellent, right near the Duomo, making it easy to get anywhere. Recommended! (Just a heads-up for old buildings, soundproofing is usually not the best).

Awful room for 1 person with a windows in court. The hotel saves on air conditioning, has an old built-in and does not cool. The room is very small, dark, the window overlooks the courtyard and it is very difficult to ventilate
