The hotel breakfast offered a decent variety and tasted good. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff, especially one young man, was very enthusiastic. The room environment was quite good, and cleanliness wasn't an issue. However, the window view was very poor, making the room feel a bit confined. One of the bedside lamps was broken, which slightly impacted the experience.

A truly beautiful, stylish, and impeccably maintained hotel! The day after our arrival, the hotel kindly moved us to a room with a street view, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, elegant, and very well maintained. The hotel also has a wonderful signature fragrance that creates a lovely atmosphere. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. It is quite rare to find a hotel with a gym, and it really helped us stay in shape during our trip to Italy! The restaurant is located on the rooftop and offers breathtaking views. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The only suggestion would be to offer a greater variety of hot breakfast dishes in addition to scrambled eggs. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be delighted to return!

The staff was wonderful — always warm and helpful. They assisted us with restaurant bookings, the spa, and the rooftop bar, and replied to our emails very quickly. The location is perfect for exploring Florence. Thank you for a lovely stay! ❤️
