Personally escorted and accommodated by the kind gentleman at the reception, we received all the details for our stay and a willingness for constant support. I am delighted with the service and cleaning of the rooms - every detail was taken care of. The breakfast is delicious, rich enough for every taste. There are also fresh juices for detox. I am in love with the toiletries in the bathroom - such high quality and wonderful scent. I am impressed with the hotel's branding on all the extras for guests - the bathroom slippers, hangers, toilet paper, etc. Everything is tastefully done and meets the highest requirements and criteria. The lobby bar staff is also very friendly. The location was convenient for us, a room with a view of the river and a balcony - a great view, fresh air and pleasant silence. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect balance between high quality of service, location and price. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are guests of the city.
