The location near the train station is great, and the breakfasts are good. Getting up there is a bit of a climb, but overall everything was fine. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel because my train arrived in Florence at night, and it was really close to the station, which made me feel safe as the area didn't seem unsafe and there were plenty of people around. Amenities were almost non-existent, but the hotel was minimally clean. The breakfast was good, with a nice ambiance, typical of what you'd find in a four-star Italian restaurant. Since Florence is a small city, the location was great – I could easily walk to all the attractions, including Ponte Vecchio. Perhaps it's popular with Japanese tours, as there were a lot of Japanese guests.

Had a great experience! The environment was comfortable and the location was good. We were a family with kids and colleagues staying together this time, and it was very close to Florence's attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Pros The room was spacious and clean. The staff were polite and did early checkin as well. Cons Bathroom door does not have lock. We stayed here for 2 nights. 1st Night, AC was working at 50% capacity due to power/system failure which staff could not help. The overall stay was good and comfortable. Regards Ashish

It was a really nice stay, the staffs were friendly too. I forgot who greeted me during the night check-in time, but he sure gave me so many recommendations during my stay in Florence, and I am truly grateful for that. He deserves a five star service ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ Room was okay, clean, spacious for myself (even for two). The cons: My room was not cleaned even though I had put the "please make up room" sign. I went out, and when I returned to my room, the sign had been changed to "do not disturb", I didn't know who did that, but my room was not cleaned that's for sure. The guests who stayed beside my room were VERY NOISY even at night when people were sleeping. I could even here all the things they said inside their room. Overall, quite a good stay in Florence 😊👍🏻

This hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is quite convenient. There's also a Carrefour supermarket right outside. We booked a room on the top floor, but unfortunately, the elevator doesn't go all the way up. So, when checking out, we had to carry our luggage down before taking the elevator, which was a bit inconvenient.

Everything was very good and comfortable. The location is close to the train station and all the main attractions. Given its proximity to the station, the noise level at night was as expected – not a surprise for me and acceptable.
