Great location. However, it's in the center of the city it's in a quiet area and helpful and well-mannered staff. Full service and good quality breakfast.

The location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk to the Duomo, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's also very quiet as it's not directly on a main street. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. I didn't take any photos of the room this time, but if I visit Florence again, I'll definitely be booking here.

First of all the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good as well. But the hotel is a bit old, and the room layout felt quite awkward. The space was very limited, and I could barely fit my luggage comfortably. The bathroom window was also broken and could not be closed, which was inconvenient and made the stay less comfortable. Overall, the hotel may be acceptable for a short stay, but the room condition and layout definitely need improvement.

Everything was great! The location is good, not far from the train station. The breakfasts were excellent. The only downsides were that the room was a bit dim and the showerhead was fixed.
