The hotel room was elegantly decorated with high ceilings and modern facilities. It was very clean, and the breakfast was exquisite and delicious, served in a tastefully designed dining area. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me take my luggage to my room. My only regret is that I forgot to tip them at the time, which I only remembered afterwards.

Excellent! The service was truly superb, and there's an elevator, which is a huge plus. The staff were all incredibly helpful. My room even had a coffee machine and premium bottled water, plus a key card for entry. The location is perfect, right next to a charming little town. What's more, there's a big bathtub, which was a real treat! Outside, there are so many delicious food options nearby. I'm definitely coming back for a second stay, it was just fantastic. It's also conveniently located near many attractions. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions, within walking distance or just two or three bus stops away. It's worth mentioning that the hotel staff's service attitude is exceptionally good; they even helped recommend delicious steak restaurants nearby. The room also provides free drinking water and disposable slippers, and they even offer complimentary snacks and drinks every day! So thoughtful! The only downside is that the wardrobe in the room had a bit of a musty smell, so I wasn't keen on hanging my clothes inside.

This hotel smells amazing! Our floor had such a lovely scent, and there's a beautiful common area just outside the room with sofas, perfect for enjoying takeout.

The service and room were great, but the soundproofing wasn't very good.

I booked this B&B in Florence, and when I arrived, the landlord told me to move to Aqa Palace. What a surprise! The inconspicuous door in the alley, pushed open, and went to the room, my mood suddenly improved! Super large bathroom, and walk in wardrobe. Open the window and look down, Florence's unique narrow alley, standing by the window, you can chat with neighbors in the opposite building.
It's less than 10 minutes walk from here to the Duomo, which is convenient for eating and drinking on Fridays.
Surprisingly, there is an overnight parking lot around the corner, breaking the "guess" that parking is not allowed in the old city center of Florence.
