This hotel was fantastic. This was a small hotel that offers so much to its guests. We stayed here for 6 days, so we booked a suite. The room was great with plenty of room to sleep and sit, as well as great closet space and a nice bathroom. The concierge was great. The concierge assisted us with travel plans, arranging a great tour guide, and making great recommendations for dinner. Breakfast each day was great with good choices and wonderful service. We were in a great location - close to the train station and the Duomo. We enjoyed playing billiards and having a drink at the bar in the evening. This will be the hotel we will book when we return to Florence. Everything was superb.

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

New beautiful hotel that is 5 star. Staff was first class and was very guest focused. It’s not a big hotel but the rooms were well appointed and the linens were very nice. There was a chilled bottle of Prosecco in our room when we got there. They have Paulo Airaudo, a Michelin chef in the kitchen. There is a window looking directly into the kitchen so you can watch Chef prepare wonderful dishes! It is located very close to the Medici Castle. We highly recommend this hotel!

This is a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and location and an excellent breakfast. It has a very traditional decor, with a modern bathroom. Our room was pleasant enough but the window faced a wall and had huge shutters which we couldn't open. Hence, there was hardly any natural light in the room. I also found the staff a bit unfriendly, especially at the reception desk. There was no greeting if you walked past, and they did seem slightly condescending - not the usual friendliness you would expect on a reception desk. The staff at breakfast were much nicer. I liked this hotel, but a little friendliness and a smile go a long way and would have enhanced our stay.

The location of the room is good, in the urban area, the room can be considered as a big, very fine hotel! The lobby of the hotel is very stylish. Breakfast dining environment is also good! The layout of the room, a family of three 👨‍👩‍👧 will not be crowded when staying! The child's bed is on the other side of the room. Good space, three suitcases don't feel too crowded! The bathroom space is not small, the shower room is very interesting, it is flexible and retractable! The hotel's air conditioner is a bit hot, and the air conditioner is turned off, but I still feel a bit hot! Everything else is fine! Very cost-effective hotel.

i cannot over rate this hotel and its excellent staff, bar one porter who must've been unhappy working over Christmas. The receptionists and Luka who met us in the beginning were excellent. No matter what query we had they were there to help us find places to eat, excellent choices ladies loved all the restaurants you booked for us. Nothing was too much trouble from looking up the opening times of the Duomo cupola to giving us directions to various venues we wanted to visit. The kitchen staff who laid on the magnificent buffet breakfast on Christmas morning also deserve a special mention, they must've have spent ages preparing the buffet and it was an amazing sight to behold. The room where my son and his family stayed was like something out of the Uffizi museum... as was the dining room. Loved the snow 'village' set out in the dining room. The hotel is just literally on the Duomo square. If you want somewhere special to spend Christmas then this is the place to go. Thank everyone for making it so special for our family.

My husband and I visited Florence for our wedding anniversary and the hotel was just incredible. My husband had arranged for flowers to be put in our room prior to our arrival with a lovely note which the hotel were more than happy to help with. Our room was very clean and modern with a lovely luxurious bathroom! The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone! The staff were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. The hotel is situated just off of the main square and ideal location to explore Florence at the leisure. Lovely hotel and staff- we would definitely recommend staying here!

More recommended! Good location, just opposite the Virgin Flower next door, no more than 20 meters in a straight line. Good service, clean and tidy, clean and tidy the room every day. I personally like it better, facing the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and going out is the queue 😄. Within 1 km of the surrounding area, there are many attractions, many restaurants, and many shops. If you are tired, go back to the hotel and rest before you come out to continue. Very convenient! The hotel service is very good, the front desk is small, but you must answer any questions, there are people on duty 24 hours, everything will be resolved immediately. There is also a 24-hour beverage bar, coffee and tea sparkling water, cookies, and sweet wine before going to bed. You can pick it up at any time. The funniest thing is to wear it in pajamas. Although the facilities and equipment are flawed, they are pretty good. They have everything and there is an elevator, but up to three people, the room is small, the bed is good enough to sleep comfortably, but the luggage cannot be spread out. The bathroom is also small, so you have to be slower and slower when you take a bath. The breakfast is ok, just a normal Italian hotel breakfast, not very rich but it has everything. There are not many rooms, it should be 16-20 rooms, so when booking a room, it is recommended to book the best room, the view is very good, the window opens to the cathedral, and the room with a terrace is on the other side.
