Can I upload photos? Hole in wall, spiders in tub, trash near toilet, curtains don’t close all the way, slime in coffee pot. ******* rated this hotel an 8. The issue is *******, not the hotel. A dumpy hotel can be a dumpy hotel, ******* should rate it accordingly and not out families at risk. I paid for this hotel and did not stay, ******* won’t refund because I called after the check-in time, and the hotel can’t refund because I booked and paid through ******* .******* customer service agents don’t possess the comprehensive understanding of the American use of the English language, and are unable to understand that the ******* rating is the issue, not the hotel; the agent’s attempt to resolve was to call the hotel and ask the clerk to clean the room, which clearly does not resolve holes in the wall, insects, or security needed at the sketchy location.
