It is a boutique hotel in a converted old Italian palazzo. The facilities are excellent but in the room there was not even a kettle to make coffee, there was a mini refrigerator with two cans of soda. However, the unforgivable thing is that the Wi-Fi connection did not work inside the room and they use an open network that is not secure. Maybe they are used to receiving local clients who do not need to use wifi

This hotel is very nice, clean and boutique. More than that, the staff are wonderful! Anil was at the front desk and could not have been more helpful, kind and attentive. My wife and I are so grateful for all of his help … when we were there, the taxi/trains went on strike the day that we were traveling and found ourselves stranded. Anil went out of his way to make sure we reached our destination. He and the staff really care about their guests and I can not recommend this hotel enough.

FABOLOUS HOTEL, FABOLOUS SERVICE, THE STAFF IS SO NICE AND HELPFUL.
THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY SHOULD CONSIDER TO HAVE DIFFERENT ROOMS WITH DIFFERENT MADRASSES IN THE BEDS - SOME VERY HARD, SOME SOFTER ETC., BECAUSE IT IS NOT ALL CUSTOMERS PREFARING A MADRAS AS HARD AS MARMOR.

The location is excellent: near the station and near the city centre. The room is very confortable, tidy and cleaned every day. The staff is OK, expecially Mr. Anil, who is very kind and professional. You can also buy the "health path" in a room with Jacuzzi, sauna and you can stay on your own there for 90 minutes, relaxing with music and eating fresh fruit. The breakfast is very good. The first two days there were some problems but, thanks to Mr. Anil, everything was solved. Thank you so much for your kindness, Mr. Anil!

Ho dormito per motivi di lavoro in questo hotel. Per un guasto,credo alla caldaia,sono stato senza acqua calda per quasi tutto il soggiorno. Non ho ricevuto,da parte della struttura,nessun rimborso,sconto o altro per rimediare al grave disagio. Mai più.

Buon Hotel di charme vicino alla Stazione ed al centro storico , personale gentile e disponibile , buoni i servizi , camere con colori scuri e bagno non finestrato unica pecca di rilievo , colazione buona in ambiente però ristretto !Parcheggio disponibile!

Ho soggiornato con una offerta Weekend in Umbria abbastanza conveniente. Guardate sul loro sito perché fanno diverse offerte non disponibili sui portali. Zona: a due passi dalla stazione e a 10 minuti dal centro cittadino. Colazione: nella media, da migliorare il salato, troppe cose extra a pagamento. Parcheggio: pochi posti disponibili non sempre si trova SPA: nota dolente, davvero “minimal”, ambiente piccolo poco riscaldato ed anche i massaggi direi nulla di indimenticabile: minimo sindacale. Camere: pulite. Silenziose non grandissime (io ho dormito in una executive) ma con degli extra si può avere un upgrade. Nel prezzo era compreso il minibar ma dentro c’era davvero pochissimo… Nel mio pacchetto era compresa una cena tipica in ottimo ristorante convenzionato. Ricevimento e personale: un po freddino e distaccato ma comunque professionale

Sono stato ospite dell'hotel con mia moglie solo per due giorni ma se ritorno a Foligno di sicuro soggiorno di nuovo in questa struttura ho trovato il personale molto disponibile e simpatico la camera un po' buia ma confortevole,la prima colazione molto ben assortita
