We arrived quite early and the team made an early check in possible, which was very convenient for us. The room was absolutely clean und is well equipped, the bed is comfy and the bathroom ist really nice. All ameneties we could ask for! Great location, great room and a super fair price. We will come again!

What a find! Just 1 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beach yet it's quiet inside the bedroom for a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast is delicious. Lovely friendly hosts. We took years to find the perfect place in follonica but now we discovered Sleep we only sleep here! We stay almost every month and have done so for the past 5 years or so will definitely return. Our no 1 choice for the tuscan coast. Friendly owners and rooms so clean and fresh you could eat the delicious breakfast off of the floor! 100% recommended. Do not go stay anywhere else!

Sleep is a wonderful find! Centrally located, spacious rooms...quality fixtures and fittings AND spotlessly clean! All in all great value. We cant recommend this b&b enough. Delicious breakfast too. The Yankees bar and restaurant next door is also well worth a visit and very convenient. We stay here reguarly and can't wait to return.

10/10 on every level. Friendly owners. Spotlessly clean. Stylishly decorated. Delicious breakfast. Easy parking. Easy access to the centre. Best baron follonica downstairs at Yankees. This is our fifth stay here after trying out many hotels in the town. This is by far and away the best experience and exceptional value with a wonderful atmosphere and feel good factor every single stay.The owner has got running a B&b down to a fine art. We will return and 100% recommend sleep for the perfect night.

Abbiamo soggiornato per capodanno in questa meravigliosa camera. Ritorneremo di sicuro. Tutto quello di cui hai bisogno.Il personale gentilissimo sin dalla prenotazione. Parcheggio su prenotazione sotto casa veramente comodo. Grazie mille di tutto.

Struttura centralissima e particolare nelle decorazioni. Molto ben isolata acusticamente. Ci sono stati problemi con Netflix (che è compreso nel prezzo!) ma sono stati sempre risolti velocemente. Le camere sono al primo piano senza ascensore. Le camere, almeno le due che abbiamo avuto noi, erano scomode per un soggiorno di un’intera settimana per il fatto che non c’era un armadio; per soggiorni sono sufficienti gli appendiabiti presenti. Il letto era molto comodo, il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, l’aria condizionata funzionava bene. Ottima pulizia. Colazione servita in camera, semplice ma sufficiente e buona. Caffè con le cialde Nespresso. Personale molto paziente, gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare i posti auto che sono proprio di fronte alla struttura.

Ci sono alcune cose migliorabili, sicuramente non minano l'ottima colazione, la pulizia e il confort delle stanze. Piacevoli gli spazi esterni, permettono di rilassarsi senza dover cercare altrove, allo stesso tempo danno la privacy necessaria. Il posto è in una posizione molto comoda, vicino al centro e al lungo mare. L'impianto idraulico ha qualche "vuoto" preoccupante, il cambio asciugamani sotto la settimana è a pagamento, letto comodo, cuscini meno considerando le temperature esterne (ma questo è un giudizio personale), stanza ottima, pulita, minimale ma con quello che serve. Se avrò occasione ci tornerò sicuramente, il personale è super gentile e disponibile, è stato un piacere soggiornare allo sleep bnb

Abbiamo alloggiata per una notte in questo B&B io ed una mia amica e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Camera pulita e accogliente. I proprietari molto disponibili e sempre veloci nel rispondere alle richieste. La colazione è in camera, con un idea molto carina di servirla su un vassoi colorato davanti alla porta di camera con cornetti, yogurt, caffè, succo ecc..
