Cozy Broadstone Guesthouse Located Near Shops & Trails with AC, WiFi & Laundry!

Property was clean and modern great place to stay I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had a great stay at this property! Clean, comfortable and convinenet location.

Property was very nice, well done addition to home. We used very little of the amenities, and did not do any cooking or laundry, but everything was there for those that would. Quiet neighbor hood and close to bike trail and vacant land to walk our dog.

Really enjoyed our stay! My husband and I stayed for the weekend while our daughter was at Folsom for her cheer competition. Very clean and cozy guesthouse! Included everything we needed!

Everything was perfect, clean and well equipped. Nicole was very responsive :)

Excellent property in a great area. Very clean unit that has everything you need. Host was great and ensured we were comfortable and happy during our stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Clean, confortable and conviently located

The rental unit was the 2 car garage and is attached to the house. Nicole sent the instructions and address a few days before our trip. Upon arriving we could not get in because the code had not been entered into the door lock. It was a hot August day and we were arriving from a long drive. Nicole did not reply to the message I left on VRBO. I looked up her name online and found a phone number. She is a realtor in another city as far as I could tell. Fortunately she answered and was able to set the code and we were able to get in.The unit is well built, very clean and everything works. The air con and ceiling fans make it a very comfortable space. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice.We were planning to use the hide abed for third family member but there is so much furniture there is not enough space to pull the bed out and walk around. If they removed the large coffee table, hung the TV on the wall and removed the large TV cabinet there would be space to use the hide abed. Right now you would have to move furniture outside to make it work. The furniture would block the space that you need to walk from the bedroom to the bathroom. The first night was very quiet. The second night someone was staying in the house and they started the washing machine at 1:30am. It woke us up because the water pipe is right on the other side of the wall from the bed. Water ran from 1:30 -4am. We could also hear what we think was the washing machine but not sure.

Host was very responsive. Place was was clean and nice.
