Residence Inn Sacramento Folsom

The room was excellent. Everything worked and was in clean condition. The challenge was the noise from the semi’s parked overnight at the Sam’s location beside the property diesel motors, running all night long. Also charges for parking was a disappointment.

This Marriott is very nice, When I booked, didn't realize it was a suite, complete with kitchen and very roomy. Appreciated they have a dedicated recycle bin. Staff was very nice and our room was fairly quiet. Breakfast was nice, although the bananas looked very sad and old. I had to get extra towels as only two were in our room. One of the hand towels went into the bathtub/shower as when I started to step in, it was very slippy. I don't know why more hotels don't have bath mats in the rooms. We very much our stay here and will likely be back.

We arrive late a few minutes before 9pm, the lobby was locked (understandable for safety) we followed the direction and pick d up the phone. We could hear it ringing inside, this went on for approx 4.5 mins, then a fellow guest member opened the door. We rang the bell at the counter for another 3 mins. Then the staff member came strolling along. No apologize or “hope you have been waiting long” Bed comforter was dirty and had a few stains…. We chucked in the closet. And the coffee was terrible

Clean, safe, nice room. I overlooked the highway and there was some noise, so ask for a room on the other side

Room was moderately clean but dingy. Staff was helpful. Seems somewhat rundown. Bed was uncomfortable.

Clean room smelled fresh, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast always delicious!

Employees are wonderful, attentive, and very welcoming in a professional manner. We had a 2-bedroom/2-bath suite, and we really enjoyed it.

Thought was clearly put into the room amenities: kitchenette items, work area, bathroom supplies. Loved the living and sleeping areas being separated by a door. Room was better than expected in all respects.
