Welcoming friendly team running a very professional operation. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and cooked as requested. Rooms modern clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this well run hotel.

Went for a meal for my husband's Birthday on Saturday lunch and we weren't disappointed. Lovely welcoming and attentive staff, great food and nice surroundings. We will be back. Thank you to everyone at The Rabelais

This is a very pleasant and airy hotel with efficient staff, a decent car-park and a high level of cleanliness. It has a very popular outdoor swimming pool and also offers some spa services. Breakfast was superb. The hotel is also close enough to the town that you can easily walk to the market, church and castle which are some of the highlights. The Le Rabelais restaurant was outstanding - we had a truly excellent and very reasonably-priced meal on the Friday on their lovely terrace with friendly and attentive service and some delicious local wines. Would stay here again.

Stayed here last night room 12 family room Really friendly reception lady and very attentive staff in restaurant Room had excellent air con and very clean bathroom , sheets etc spotless and table and chairs outside room on terrace , a nice place to sit with a drink in the evening , had dinner in restaurant my son had kids menu me and my daughter had calamari which was amazing and my husband had a fish soup , the staff are excellent in restaurant we didn’t have breakfast as we left early due to long drive ahead , parking also available enough spaces for everyone staying at hotel This is without doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in France for comfort, security , food etc , just lovely thanks so much for a fantastic stay

great place to stay, very clean, comfortable, staff are very nice, restaurant fantastic, pool and patio very clean and safe for children, would recommend this hote,l and a good area to visit, we will go back when I the area

Hotel rooms have been renovated and are modern. The food at the restaurant is really great. Recommend you reserve in the summer time. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful with many speaking English well. The reception staff particularly are super. Didn't try the spa but the pool was nice too. Close walkable distance to the town.

This hotel really has everything you need, excellent restaurant, secure parking, swimming pool and comfortable rooms. We stayed here last night, our two children had single sofa beds that were almost like proper beds very comfortable with clean sheets etc. The grounds of the hotel are spotless with lovely grass areas and trees making it very peaceful and quiet at night. We had a drink outside on terrace and had dinner in the restaurant, I had the lamb husband had the port both lovely my son had the beef and daughter had the tuna all excellent. Service in the restaurant and reception was perfect the staff look after their guests very well. Can’t wait to return when we are next in France , thank you

Overnight stay for my family with three small children in the spacious family room with mezzanine. A very pleasant welcome and stay. A short walk to the pretty town centre. Nice evening meal at Le Rabelais with good service and extensive wine list. Swimming pool was a bonus on a hot day.

Chambre trop chauffée à l’arrivée mais on peu réglée. Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Petit-déjeuner varié et de bons produits frais (viennoiseries feuilletées et pains frais et croustillant et les jus frais), cadre agréable et calme. Literie confortable et pour les équipements ce qu’îl faut pour un court séjour.

Nous séjournons depuis de nombreuses années et c'est toujours des séjours dans un hôtel accueillant impeccable....

Attention à votre facture Bouteille de champagne annoncée à 39 euros en chambre et facturée 58 euros c est scandaleux et 1 nuit de parking couvert utilisée et 2 facturées !!! Avons demandé peignoir et chaussons et surprise et factures 10 euros !!!! Le restaurant service déplorable on ne le sert pas l entrée obligé de réclamer et les plats annoncés ne correspondent pas à ce que l on a dans l assiette manque de professionnalisme

Zeer goed gelegen en rustig hotel. Kamers hebben alle nodige voorzieningen. Ook het restaurant is aanbevelingswaardig. Jonge en enthousiaste bediening, top gerechten en zeer modaal van prijs. Je kan er zo wel binnen als buiten zitten. Echt de moeite waard.
