Embora o hotel tenha uma boa infraestrutura, e os quartos serem confortáveis, passamos por uma situação bem desagradável. Primeiramente tomamos uma surra para conseguir tomar banho quente, pois a agua do chuveiro não esquentava por nada, após 3 reclamações a recepção e eles responderem que estavam tentando mexer no boiler, finalmente conseguimos tomar banho quente, porém a água só esquente depois de uns 5 minutos de água aberta. Até aí, tudo bem, porém no dia seguinte, as 7 horas da manhã, eu e minha esposa fomos acordados com um estrondo contínuo que trepidava o quarto inteiro. Com o susto e sem entender o que estava acontecendo, ligamos para a recepção que não sabia informar o que estava acontecendo e enviou uma funcionária para saber do que se tratava. Sendo assim, esta chega ao quarto e com cara de surpresa responde: "ah, é apenas a lavanderia funcionando!". Desligou e o barulho parou, voltamos a tentar dormir, porém 15 minutos depois o barulho retornou. Levantamos e fomos tomar café. Pergunto eu: Como pode um hotel permitir que seus hospedes sejam despertados com uma sinfonia da lavanderia do hotel?

Hotel bonito! Fica localizado bem no centro da cidade de Formiga! Os quartos são bem grandes! Encontrei tudo limpo e no lugar! Funcionários atenciosos e receptivos! Recomendo! O quarto que fiquei (606) estava limpo, arrumado e cheiroso! A cama era um pouco dura para meu gosto, mas nada que desabone o hotel! Banheiro grande também! Tinha uma mesa de trabalho e armários para guardar as coisas! Gostei do café da manhã! Haviam bolos, pães, torta e frios! Além de bebidas quentes e frias e algumas frutas frescas!
