I am disgusted at this hotel. I checked in around 6 pm after my flight was changed due to numerous delays. After settling in, I went to charge my phone by the bed when I noticed a small red/brown bug that to me appeared to be a small roach. I asked the front desk if I could be moved to another room to which she said they were completely booked. She offered to come clean my desk as they don’t have bug spray. After she did, it came back and I decided to leave, as if there is one bug that probably means there is more. I was only there for about 3 hours and I demanded a refund which she said there was nothing that could be done at the time since her manager was not there and would not be until 10 am the next morning. I think that is ridiculous and there should be some type of emergency contact for certain situations, so that things can be resolved in a timely matter. My concern should’ve been a priority, I tried to make a call to the manager at approximately 11 am and got no response. There was no communication or no follow up from the manager so they clearly don’t care about their customers. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated, I will never book a Best Western EVER again. This was the worst trip I have ever been on.
