The location is great, the front entrance can lead to the water taxi and river, whereas other side entrance is the shopping area where the patrons can go shopping and a great variety of cafe and restaurant, though the supermarket is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. The lift is too small which only two people with luggage.

A very beautiful hotel located on Las Olas Boulevard, in the heart of the city. The hotel is large, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and there are restaurants, a pool, and a gym. Excellent breakfasts and a wonderful little hotel bar with Happy Hour. The only downside I can safely say is the completely unfriendly and unfriendly reception staff. The bar staff and cleaning service are wonderful, but the reception staff is simply a mess; it feels like they're having a "who's the most unfriendly" contest. At one point, none of the elevators were working, making it impossible to get into the tower any other way. The receptionists announced it as if it was their finest hour and the best news of their lives. No one announced that the elevators were back up and running. Overall, if they could replace the reception staff, everything would be great.
