Ocean Beach Palace

Where do I start, this hotel is basically in a deserted area, the hotel look like a motel 6, the facilities are Worn down as far as the foundation and the manager Angela and desk agent rose have no compassion the room was filled with dust and mold and yellow water we checked in and right out , I have upper respiratory issues and I explained what those conditions would do to me and they could careless, to step away from policy and into human nature. Needless to say they would not give me a full refund

I would like to see that guests smoke in the designated smoking area. Too many people smoking at the pool.

Clean room. Quick walk to the beach and close to CVS, Dunkin Donuts and grocery store.

Very clean and nice place to stay if you want to be around all the attractions and by the beach!

Would’ve been helpful to know some of the amenities in advance. We also were not told we had to request maid service. But overall it was a very nice stay and staff was very nice and helpful!!

I went with my 3 kids ,they did not want to stay but I did not have choices but to stay,smelly and so basic

Nice staying... Very quite. The room was clean,air conditioning working perfectly,no problem with the parking. Excellent staff.

All of the above was excellent customer service. Well kept in parking lots. breakfast was just right. And attentive when I called for any issues in the rom like the TV. Programming was hard for me. Maintenance came and connected it. And the room Safe in closed had an error message I couldn't open after I locked it . And Maintenance came in 5 minutes.
