Location was beautiful & the room was to my liking but I absolutely believe that my experience could’ve been better.
Before booking, I called to confirm if early check-in at 6:00 a.m. was available and was told it could be accommodated for an additional fee. I booked through Trip.com based on that information.
When I arrived around 6:00 a.m., the front desk agent, Keisha, was extremely unwelcoming and nonchalant. After explaining that I had called ahead, there was no compassion, no apology and no effort to help. Had I known this, I would have stayed elsewhere.
It wasn’t until I started calling other hotels to accommodate me that she finally decided to check room availability. She made it up in the last but After a long flight, this was very disappointing; especially for my first stay. If you have an early flight and your reservation does not have a “early check in” note, go elsewhere!
Chances are less that I will return.

I booked this hotel because I had to catch an early flight. From the introduction of Ctrip, it is very close to the airport, but in fact there are two airports in Fort Lauderdale. The airport near this hotel is a small airport, basically nothing The flight takes place, and our flight is taking off and landing at an international airport (most of the flights are at this airport), and it takes twenty minutes.
The hotel is older, the health and environment are average, and it is far from the city and the beach. The transportation is not very convenient. If it is not for price considerations, you don't need to choose this hotel.
The service and food was ok.
Due to bad weather our flight was delayed. The front desk staff told us that if we don't check in before midnight, we will get charged and our reservation will be cancelled.
