Residence Inn Fort Myers

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. However a guest spilled french fries on the stairs leading down to the lobby (I was on 3rd floor) and they were there from the time I checked in on Saturday night till I checked out on Tuesday. It didn't leave a good impression. Other than that, my stay was fine

Follow up review and 2nd stay at this property. Everything was great! All staff super friendly and knowledgeable, instantly connected this stay with the agent that worried me my last stay and she is awesome! My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much and will be back for future stays. Highly recommend this location. Thank you Fort Myers Residence Inn crew.

Big cockroaches found alive in room. Called front desk they sent housekeeper to see also. And advised me to contact ******* for room credit. Beds are hard also the queen felt really small

The property is nice for what it is and the price. The rooms were pretty clean, house keeping is very friendly. There is 1 elevator so it can take a minute or two to get to where you’re going sometimes. There was a new person on desk that initially scared me and told me my reservation was canceled and there wasn’t anything she could do about it and that I’d need to call *******. Even after I told her I had already prepaid for the room and had the receipt; it took a senior front desk agent to correct her and show her my booking that was valid. Overall I’d stay here again.

Rooms were clean & large, parking was plentiful, property felt safe. No ice machine must turn on in your frig. Breakfast was not replenished at least for last hour.

Eggs were cold both mornings, but otherwise it was nice and a bit interesting.

The room was clean however beds were very uncomfortable with my husband and I ended up with terrible backaches, AC doesn’t work well, no phone line in my room. The staff was very nice. They offered me another room and a fan but all of the rooms have the same beds and old AC system. We booked for 4 nights I left at after 3. No reimbursement or future credit was offered. Due to the backaches we asked for a future night stay instead. Therefore, we were very disappointed.

Breakfast was good with a few options and everything was fresh. Parking was free

No hot water room 114 plus it was right next to elevator and a lot of traffic and noise previous stays having Good this one was not a pleasant stay
