Resort Harbour Properties - Fort Myers / Sanibel Gateway

This property was quite, and cozy. We sat on our balcony, had our morning coffee, and got to watch dolphins, manatees, stingray, and sharks. Plus all kinds of water birds . The screen on the porch, made it hard to get good pictures, but definitely helped with bugs. We can't wait to go again. We went for 5 days. Next time, it will be no shorter than 10.

The view from our room was amazing. Watching the sunrise, sunset, and dolphins all from our balcony and screen porch was a bonus. Everyone was super nice!

The room was perfect for just my husband and myself, but with my elderly mother in a wheelchair, the bed was too high, toilet was too low and wobbled. She slept on the couch, and it was so low we had to both help her off of it. The view we had the condo was awesome except for someone in a wheelchair😔

The room and property were beautiful. However you couldn’t not be outside past 6pm. That is definitely something that should be very transparent to the renter. Every time I have stayed in Florida it was always an ocean view beach front property. NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE, I had to run & grab something that I needed one night & the 3rd shift security guy was standing outside talking in my phone watching me the entire time. Then walks over To my car I rolled my window down a little bit and asked “can I help you” us wha I say and he got

This area was so beautiful and relaxing that I did not want to go back home to reality. I will definitely be visiting this place again. I especially loved the views from my room and the pool.

Not a Great Beach Experience The communications and staff were excellent! My rating of 3 stars is that although the condo itself was fine, the amenities for a beach vacation were lacking. It had beautiful views, however, you would not want to swim in the bay water (hot/dirty). The pool loungers did not have umbrellas, only the dining tables. So if you wanted to spend your day at the pool or beach, you would have to be exposed to the sun. Ended up having to buy day passes at other beach resorts to have our beach experience, which was the purpose of our trip.

Pool and spa needed to be cleaned and maintained. Also, the beach could have used a raking. Overall, the property was great. Nice and quiet.
