Well I reserved a room with trip.com thinking I was getting a good deal and I didn't get to stay or even see the room I payed for 3days even after I made it to the hotel to check in, I tried canceling my reservation and getting a refund because I missed my flight and they would not go for that I ended up having to drive all the way up from. Ball Louisiana to fort myers Florida and the hotel wouldn't check me in and after I slept in my car bc they wouldn't check me in the hotel manager said they tried issuing me a refund and trip.com hadn't even responded to there request , but all day trip.com was telling me they were handling it and nothing has been done at all .

There is a hidden $200 deposit fee and if you don't have the money to cover it they will KEEP your booking fee without giving you a refund. This is highly unethical that these billion dollar companies feel the need to take advantage of unwary customers. Now I have to sleep on the streets for the night thanks to this app. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves but I'm sure they are not in the least bit concerned by the distress that their policy will cause people. Welcome to America where the rich make a pattern & practice of stealing from the disadvantaged.

The hotel was in a good location. It was a good deal and the hotel was remodeled

They kept my $200 deposit for a room that was already falling apart and I had a leak coming from upstairs into the room

Had such a wonderful time at the La Quinta great customer service. They also have the most amazing rooms we stayed in yet. Everything is brand new recently remodeled in the last couple months the most amazing pillow top beds with feather pillows and of course pet friendly, which was a huge plus for me and my husband but most of all the customer service and the staff was 100% the best customer service I’ve had yet in Florida extremely friendly and nice and the hotel is very clean!!

First night new to the area. Got to the hotel it looked a little run down decided to give it a chance. So decided to relax but there was so much foot traffic outside the room and doors slamming. Didn’t relax if you have the lights inside on that anyone can see you from the outside. Next morning getting ready for work I see roaches crawling. Went out was gone all day round the evening came in to get ready for me to checkout in the a.m notice I had a bag missing of jeans about ten pairs used. Went to report my issue the lady at the desk. She said since it was night she could only make a note for the morning person. Checked out went to the morning person at the front and she say it was to early no one has come in yet. But she said was gone let the manager know wrote my number down wait for her to call. Waited to almost 12 no call. I went by she tell me that it was no possible way that someone took it and that I must had it in my car. Well I’m still talking about my bag of clothes.

The room was clean but a couple roaches did visit.
