Extended Stay America Suites - Lawton - Fort Sill

They posted the properry will have breakfast but they do not. Please call before booking. Rooms smells. Not as expected as extended stay. Call before booking.

1. When I booked it advertised breakfast and coffee. At check in I asked about the breakfast and coffee and the girl pointed to a little room and said it will be in there. The next morning, no food no coffee. I asked the clerk and she said something about shipping issues. And then they put out a sign stating shipping was the problem. I left message for the manager and expected they would contact me. They did not 2. The key cards had to be put in and pulled out multiple times just to get the doors open. 3. The bed was terrible. 4. The tv system had no information on the guide so you had to scroll through channel by channel. Over all the hotel has potential. Just seems it needs an owner who cares about the customer and not just the dollar bills.

At arrival there was a sign that stated. Due to delivery issue, there was no breakfast nor any coffee service. For an extended stay property the rooms were equipped. With two burner stove top, nothing else, no pots and pans, silverware, dishes, or cups. Very dissatisfied with that

My ******* reservation was not honored! I pre paid and was told by the hotel staff that ******* put in the wrong name…I call BS! I showed staff my booking with confirmation numbers from ******* and Extended stays hotel and check in Lady would not honor my document. She then said she could not refund what I paid a day before online and would have to charge me a higher rate for the exact same room. What a bunch of BS. Hotel is nice thou and surrounding area is clean. Room was definitely clean and up kept. Other than check in staffs unwillingness to see what could be done so far it’s a pleasant stay. Check in day was 12-31-2025 at around 645pm

Upon arrival, checking into the room, the room smelled like cat urine I had to go to the desk. I was not offered another room. I was just giving some Febreze to spray around the room. During the night, if you use the restroom or wash your hands or anything, the vent would make noise after the water would go off all night woke up and it was supposed to be a grabbing Go breakfast. They didn’t have any breakfast at all state that they were waiting on a truck so nothing was as it seemed at this hotel.

There were few things I should mention that as soon as we got room, we found that refrigerator is making constant sound and luckily maintenance came in about 10 mins to fix that. Overall room was okay but their sofa and work chair’s rexine leather completely removed at hand rest. They should have little more cleaned property.

Staff was great, especially at check in. Breakfast was MIA in the morning even though there was a sign saying breakfast 6 - 9:30. There may have been food in the cabinets but there was no indication of that by signs. The coffee was great!

there was a wad of green gum stuck to the wall... the curtains have holes in them and the bathroom floor was dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. The heat worked really great. The vent in the bathroom made a popping sound all the time. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. the coffee creamer containers had cream dripping down and when i went to wipe it it was hard and stuck to the sides. It was the same the next day.

First time I used the bathroom I had to call and ask for a plunger and plunged the toilet. Went to wash my hands and the sink held water. The chairs in the room were trash, all torn up. Even though the hotel has a no smoking policy the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke.
