I stayed with some fellow preachers in a block of three rooms that had been reserved for us. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We knew it was going to be a short night, but the beds were comfortable and made going to sleep easy. The rooms were also very quiet. The check-in process was not the best. The rooms had been reserved and the one who did it talked with the ”higher-ups” about taking his credit card and so forth. Apparently, no one told the staff anything about it. What should have been a short process ended up taking quite a it longer than it should have. Communication needed to be better. The breakfast was very good and the selection was decent. Staff was very nice. Definitely recommend this place. Check in process did not ruin the experience.

This was a bit nicer than we would normally expect from a good Comfort Inn. It is in a busy location close to multiple restaurants. It has an outdoor pool. The breakfast was standard Comfort Inn fare but the dining area is more spacious than most. The only issues were an especially musty smell from the air conditioner, and slippery floor in the shower although the bathroom was otherwise very nice.

The room value for price was great. In our room, queen bed, full size refrigerator cook top plenty of storage, really a comfortable room, 2 TVs sofa recliner bathroom was larger than expected gas grill outside and free laundry room on site. Staff checking in was easy and super friendly, knowledgeable on the area. I spoke to the mgr later that day he was courteous even the housekeepers where friendly, when I approached them for a few extra towels. location was great close to the airport hospital and food, local historic sites and points of interest in the area.

This place is horrible we ended up not even staying. I checked us into the room and before I brought my stuff in I went to check out the room. The desk chair not longer had a cover on it and had peeled off. The coach had stains all over it and the carpet was just disgusting with stains and chunks of stuff everywhere. There was dirt on the closet door and behind the bathroom door I think they forgot to clean. The kitchen was dingy and I would never use those appliances. I spoke to front desk and had them come check out the room and they said they could find me another room. My kids and I decided we did not want that and wanted to check out. I went to the front desk to let them know we wanted our money back and we were checking out. That is when I was told that it is a dog friendly hotel and that is why it is like that and they are on the list of being remodeled. The gentleman tried to be nice after he tried to tell me I did not mention I had dogs at check in. I then told him I certainly did tell the hotel about my dogs when I called that morning and I showed him my phone where I called their hotel. He apologized and then really tried to help me. Additionally by the side door area they were keeping an old inside chair as a place to store their junk. We left and went to the Best Western in Fort Smith much better for the dogs. Do not stay here if you value cleanliness.
