Was told we could use facilities(hot tub/pool) at holiday inn and the other pomeroy, but when we checked in we were told both facilities were not working, only one pool where water was very cold. Was disappointing after a long trip and looking forwards to relaxing

Excellent hotel! One of the most relaxing work stays I've ever had, great breakfast, large room, comfortable bed, excellent internet, very complete exercise room, close to amenities, very helpful staff, affordable rates. What more could you ask for?!?

Only recommendation is to have working plugs on each side of the bed. I use a cpap machine and there was no plug accessible on my side of the bed. There was a plug behind the mattress but both ports did not work. Room 219 if they want to fix it.
