Best Western Plus Fort Worth North

There were stains on the bedding, mold all over the walls, and the a/c barely worked. It was extremely disappointing and the hotel did nothing to compensate for the unsafe conditions.

Yes towels were provided no balcony but view was good the room was awesome very very comfortable bed fridge was extremely cold kept beverages very cold very clean room coffe was great dark room Im a day sleeper very quite the back side property has a lot of trash beer bottles on the lawn areas other than that the place was really nice awesome breakfast too the cleaning maids were very quite , no loud talking or banging walls with vacuum cleaner e extremely hot for showering

Nice hotels, room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is nice. We expect the room is quieter because the location is near freeway and loud AC in the room.

Room was dirty, hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Dust and dirt on the arm chair, the AC unit was incredibly loud. No restaurants around, the closest gas station is surrounded by homeless people with huge issues. It’s cheap though, just not what I expect out of a best westerns plus

First bathroom had a hole in the bathroom ceiling dropping drywall into the tub. And mold on the ceilings. Second bathroom was better but still had mold on the ceilng in the shower.

Room was clean expect for the bathtub. There was black gunk in the corners of it. We got to our room and it wasn’t ready so we had to switch rooms. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good!

The room they gave me had not been cleaned, just the minimum for somebody else to sleep there. Unfortunately I cannot post pictures here, but there were used pieces of soap bars in the shower, hairs (of different “types”) on the bathroom floor, there were small pieces of tissue on the carpet around the bed, and finally, the bed cover was torn (a hole the size of the palm of my hand). Completely unacceptable. When I went to the front desk to complain, the man there got impatient when I was showing him the pictures and offered me another room. I told the guy that if he gave me a similar room, I would ask for my money back. He gave me a room on the third floor (the first room was on the second floor), and this one was very clean. Seemed to me that they have some rooms “really clean” ready in case somebody complains. Needless to say, I will never come back to The “Best” Western hotels.
