Quality Inn & Suites Fort Worth North - Haltom City

It's quiet and peaceful. The general area isn't the greatest but i didn't feel unsafe at any time so.... The management, you can tell they don't put up with crap at their hotel. It's close to stores and food. I've never had a bad experience at this hotel.

Well I chose for the deal, but the pool, amd gym are permanently closed. Your app doesn't mention the mandatory 100 dollar incendemtal deposit the hotel demand or it wont check you in and wont refund your money for the room if you dont pay. So even though we'll get the deposit back, its money that was planned for something else and ibfely tricked into booking a room at that point. Why are he gym and pool closed permanently?? They said since covid... what a joke. The night lady was kind bit the fact yall dont take tap pay is also a sign that your behind on what travelers expect from a hotel. One of those cases where the price was too good to be true.

Horrible place not clean rude workers and a lot of traffic

They are Remodeling so the new rooms are much nicer and A/C and heater work well. Great for the price. Neighborhood is a little run down.

The stupid beds are on a metal platform that makes terrible popping and banging noises. There is also a loud popping or banging noise that comes through the entire room. 🤔

Cover from bed was disgusting dirty with dry blood. And when I informed front desk they told me I had to do it myself since room service was not available. Loud noice from remodeling and alarm system going off.

Room was pretty good does have microwave and fridge but no coffee pot in the room unfortunately they also advertise complimentary breakfast but only had cereal and yogurt along with a few juices and coffee but was quite disappointed by the lack of what was suppose to be offered. There is however a Waffle House up the street which was wonderful and walking distance from the hotel so location is great.

The room was extremely neglected and dirty. The front desk man was not helpful. For example, we stayed 3 days. On the second day, I asked for clean towels, but he said I needed to go back upstairs to retrieve the used towels before I received any more!! Bad experience will never go back!!!
