The service was great! I had booked and prepaid for two rooms, but when I got to the front desk, they only had a record of one. Luckily, I had a printout of my Ctrip confirmation. The front desk staff simply photocopied it and, without any fuss, provided the second room. Thumbs up to the front desk! 👍

The hotel offers breakfast, where you can make waffles or scrambled eggs with bacon. In the evening, there was a very friendly lady at the front desk; unfortunately, we forgot her name. Her service and hospitality were outstanding! Overall, the hotel is good and clean, but the deposit was never refunded. Also, the ice machine near room 101 is very noisy, so it's better to choose a different room if you want to get a good night's sleep.

Overall, the experience was good: the rooms are very clean, the temperature is well controlled, the bed is comfortable, and most of the staff are friendly, except for that one person who always makes the rest look bad. The food options are also very limited, and the quality is not what I would expect from a Marriott brand; I have experienced better quality with other hotel brands. The pool is also outside so if the weather is cold, forget about it.

My family of 3 stayed 1 night. We did receive a free room upgrade and everything was nice and clean. The breakfast selection wasn't the best but we enjoyed pur stay.
