Poor service from reception, made us pay for dirty bed sheets, taking the opportunity from a foreigner, instead of helping me. Is this how they make profit? Never heard a hotel or hospitality service where they make you pay for dirty bed sheets !!!!!!! Breakfast was good and well attended. O péssimo atendimento da recepção, nos fez pagar pelos lençóis sujos, aproveitando sabendo que era estrangeiro, ao invés de me ajudar. É assim que eles lucram? Nunca ouvi um hotel ou serviço de hospitalidade onde eles fazem você pagar por lençóis sujos !!!!!!! O café da manhã era bom e bem atendido.
