Pet friendly Hotels Fortaleza

I was not able to take off from New York to come to Fortaleza as planned I sent an email to the hotel because I had called from Zoé port and now I am waiting for the hotel to answer me I go to Fortaleza often so I wanted to know if I could enjoy it another time rather than a refund!!! I'm still waiting for their return If I need a certificate proving that I could not leave, I can send it Please see what you can do for me as I have been to them before and we particularly like this hotel so I would consider it fair play on their part THANKS Charlotte and Frederic Pons

The Premium Suite room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable and yes the pillows are some of the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. The bathroom was amazing as well! The view of the pier and beach was beautiful. The hotel is pretty much central to everything. Last but not least, the entire staff were all polite, patient and professional. I will definitely be back!!!

As I stay here in your hotel the staff are very accommodating❤️❤️ Especially Italo and Gislaine they are helpful when ordering food they are eager for us to understand whats on menu, and positive vibes always. Regarding on ammenities its so relaxing

Wonderful stay... my wife didn't want to leave. Although the hotel is not on the seafront, it is located just a few minutes from the coast. The Sugar Loaf market is approximately 50 meters from the hotel. When we arrived, we were surprised with a room upgrade. We stayed in a suite overlooking the pool, on the top floor, with a shower and king size bed. During moments of relaxation in the pool, we were served a fruit tray (complimentary). All the staff treated us very well. The 24-hour gym with quality equipment is a strong positive point. Excellent breakfast, with fresh food and the option of freshly made tapioca. You can see how detailed the management is. I would recommend the hotel to a friend.

The hotel is a horror show, a horrible hotel. In my hosting, the only thing that saved was the food we asked for room on the first day, but it was only countertimes, hate stress and discontent. 1) they placed us in the 11th floor to the great, burned lamps, moped bathroom 2) on the 2th day, when they arrive at the hotel final day, no light works. The attendant even apologised, saying he would check what to do. Stop! After 3 connections, about 20 minutes ago, one person came to help us because we were already in the dark. 3) we went to other rooms, also with a dirty bathroom moped box. 4) When trying to get out of car the other day, one without notion stopped our car and climbed with key. He descended after about 15 minutes. Note: Parking is free but it does not have enough vacation for all hotel guests has no control of any of the keys or who is The room was not cleaned at around 6 p.m. Their reception staff are not capable of having a sensor and those who are controlled are reception staff. Note: Hotel staff work at the speed that causes horror doesn't feel disturbed if you are asking for something, it seems they are doing a favor.no management doesn't apologize for anything and the host is hurt. If you have conditions spend 100 to 200 reals more in another hotel. If you want to pass anger and hate, stay here. Never again. You should at least return me some of the daily. I don't recommend. Fly from that hotel from the Villa.

Great location, great views, the apartment is very comfortable, we like the concierge kit. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we cannot use the swimming pool.

I stayed in this hotel for five days and finally was forced to change the hotel. The people in this hotel are very friendly, but the front desk staff can't understand English, let alone Chinese. I first stayed in this hotel for three days, and then because of business uncertainty, I booked it day by day. Two days before I left the hotel, the hotel threw out my things and put them in another room. I asked them why, they said that my room was reserved by someone else. This situation didn't even tell me.
